| I ordered this great book from Schildts in Finland in September 2003. It's all about Tove (and later Lars) Jansson's comic strip work - mainly 'Moomin' strips drawn for the London Evening News in the 1950s, though also earlier work. There are loads of photos, sketches, ads and drawings, along with several English extracts of correspondence between Tove and her English publishers. Somebody definitely needs to translate this book into English! |
